ABOUT ME
I’m Katherine Koplov, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Career and Leadership Coach. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent more than 19 years working in demanding hospitality and leadership environments.

I understand the pressure to perform, make decisions, manage other people’s expectations and appear composed—even when you feel overwhelmed internally.

Today, I help men, professionals and couples understand the emotional patterns affecting their well-being, work and relationships.

My approach is practical, compassionate and emotionally focused. I offer therapy in English and Russian, in person in Mississauga and virtually across Ontario.
Guiding You to Create Lasting Change in Your Life
Discover More of You This Year
Master your thoughts and emotions about yourself and your life,
and watch transformation become a reality.
MY APPROACH
My work is attachment-based, emotion-focused and trauma-informed.

Depending on your needs, I may integrate approaches from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, DBT, ACT and somatic regulation.

We will look beyond surface-level symptoms to understand the emotional patterns driving anxiety, withdrawal, anger or relationship conflict.

At the same time, you will develop
practical tools you can use outside therapy.
MY CREDENTIALS
I bring together formal psychotherapy training, more than 19 years of leadership experience, and specialized education in career and leadership coaching. This combination helps me understand how emotional well-being, professional pressure and relationship patterns influence one another.
