Seeking help can be overwhelming and finding the right resources can be a discouraging task. That's why we have assembled this booklet to make the process easier for you.

This guide is designed to provide you with a comprehensive list of support available in our community for various mental health disorders and concerns. It includes information on local organizations, support groups, hotlines and other services available in Mississauga, Brantford, Ottawa and the Niagara Region.

We believe that access to information is a powerful tool in addressing community needs. By providing this booklet, we hope to empower individuals and families to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
